Unique opportunity for young scientist – IBM award for best abstracts


We are proud to announce together with our partner IBM a best abstract award for young scientists. We are keen to offer five scientific talents the opportunity to participate in QUIS 11. The winners of the best abstract award will get a free registration (worth more than 600 Euro) for QUIS 11.


Who can apply?

Doctoral students of all related disciplines.


How to apply?

All applicants should hand in an extended abstract of 8-10 pages. Please follow our formal guidelines.


Jury

The jury will consist of members of the conference committee and IBM.


Deadline

To take part in the competition your extended abstract should be handed in no later than November 10th 2008.

Please send your extended abstract by e-mail to ibmaward@quis11.de indicating your name, contact details, institution and current position.

Abstracts should clearly describe the value added to the knowledge base by the research or theoretical work the author(s) would like considered. Acceptance for the conference will be based on contribution to theory and research in services management, marketing, engineering or any other discipline.

 

About

QUIS 11 will take place June 11th to June 14th 2009 in Wolfsburg Germany. The conference is hosted by:

Chair of Services Management, Catholic University Eichstaett-Ingolstadt and Volkswagen After Sales. In conjunction with: CTF - Service Research Center, Karlstad University / Center for Services Leadership - Arizona State University / Warwick Business School - University of Warwick.
