Information for all QUIS 11 Presenters

Presentation

All conference rooms are equipped with a laptop. Please be 10 minutes in advance in your room and bring your presentation on an USB stick with you. A member of our team will load your presentation onto the laptop.

You have 20 minutes for the presentation and 10 minutes are reserved for discussion.

Paper Submission

Authors of accepted abstracts have the option of publishing either an extended abstract (1000 words) or a complete paper (maximum length 10 pages).

You need to submit one or the other by March 31, 2009 Professor Bob Johnston, QUIS 11 Proceedings Co-ordinator, Warwick Business School, bob.johnston@warwick.ac.uk .

We would like you to pay attention to our formal guidelines! If you don’t submit anything your initial abstract will be published. The proceedings will be availaahable at the symposium.

Special Issues of (JOSM), (MSQ) and (JAME)

A special issue with selected papers from QUIS 11 will be published in the Journal of Service Management (JOSM), Managing Service Quality (MSQ) and the Journal of Applied Management and Entrepreneurship (JAME).

- All participants who submit a full paper are candidates for publication.

- The members of the conference committee and the editors will invite selected authors to submit a manuscript for publication.

- Authors will have the opportunity to indicate their journal preference.

- The committee will allocate jointly the authors to the journals.

- The editors of the respective journals will start the reviewing process of their journals.
